Wild Game Processing
We can do it all, bring in the whole deer or just your trim and let us process it for you. We skin, cape, boneless cut, wrap, trim, grind, stuff, and smoke. Please make sure animal is field dressed before dropping off.  Note (per DNR) - we cannot process any whole animals from out of state. They need to be in quarters or boneless trimmings, thanks! 

Illetschko's Meats and Smokehouse provides full service wild game and deer processing. Illetschko's is not responsible for product liability as result of spoilage from the processing of wild game, since we cannot control how someone else cleans their wild game. To ensure you get your own meat, we ask each batch be a minimum of 10 lbs. Please be patient with us as it takes much longer to prepare each individual and specialty batch. $5.00 per day will be added if not picked up within 2 weeks of notice. No appointment/notice needed to drop off wild game, as long as its between our business hours. First come first serve, we do fill up pretty quickly so keep that in mind! Please have confirmation number or tag ready. We cannot accept any wild game without this!!!
