Illetschko's Meats and Smokehouse provides full service wild game and deer processing. Prior to dropping off wild game, please call us in advance to schedule the drop off date and time. During our normal business hours, call us at 651-455-4333.
During Deer Season we will accept deer on Sundays from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. If you would like to drop off on Sunday please call: 651-775-7222 to confirm drop off.
Deer Processing
We can do it all, bring in the whole deer or just your trim and let us process it for you. We skin, cape, boneless cut, wrap, trim, grind, stuff, and smoke.

When dropping off you will be asked to select the boneless cuts you desire, including but not limted to: Round Steak, Round Roast, Tenderloin, Butterfly Chops, Sirloin Roast, Sirloin Steak, Stew Meat, and Kabob Meat.

To ensure you get your own wild game there is a 25 lb. limit on sausage batches (approximately 16 lbs of venison). Preparing individual batches adds time, so please be patient with us, but rest assured you are getting your own wild game back.
When dropping off big game and trim proper tagging and registration is required. We also require a $50.00 deposit that will be returned or applied toward processing at the time of pickup. Once you have been notified that your wild game is ready you will have one week to pickup. If we do not hear from you within one week, we will charge $5.00 per day to hold and store until it is picked up.
Illetschko's Meats is not responsible for product libability as a result of spoilage from the processing of wild game, since we cannot control how someone else cleans their vension. We reserve the right to refuse any spoiled or tainted wild game.
